DAB PULSAR 30/50 0,87HP SUBMERSIBLE ELECTRIC PUMP

The pump PULSAR DAB 30/50 MA is a decidedly silent article.
Ideal for emptying wells and tanks, it will also prove an important ally for pumping water in general. The suction system used by this Dab pump is among the best, avoiding the typical priming problems associated with low-quality submersible electric pumps. This DAB pump is a multi-stage, monobloc submersible pump with the hydraulic section positioned under the motor, which always manages to adequately cool itself thanks to the liquid pumped into the machine.

Materials used to make the Pulsar 30/50

The elements that characterize the body of this submersible pump for wells, such as impellers, diffusers, filter and oil pan, are made of extremely resistant plastic material, both to extreme temperatures and to the atmospheric agents of the external environment.
Long life, thanks to an external jacket, stator jacket, upper head with sleeve and sealing ring
closure, made in AISI 304 steel.
Even the rotor shaft extension is in AISI 304, while the elastomers are in NBR and the screws are in stainless steel.
The operation of this submersible pump is ideal in case of work with clean water, thanks to a double mechanical seal with an interposed oil chamber, made of ceramic/carbon on the motor side and silicon carbide/silicon carbide on the pump side.

Features and performance of Pulsar Dab 30/50

The type of engine it is equipped with is of the continuous-duty asynchronous submarine.
The DAB pump rotor is mounted on oversized ball bearings. This feature ensures a dual advantage in the use of the pump: lower noise during start-up and extremely low decibel emissions, an essential feature of quality submersible pumps. To improve this aspect of the Pulsar 30/50 MA pump, ideal for clear water, there is a thermoamperometric defense built-in and a capacitor which, in the single-phase version, is always inserted.

For greater protection of the three-phase motor from impacts and other impacts, we recommend the use of remote motor protection devices, as required by current regulations regarding the use of irrigation pumps.

To give you the certainty of an excellent product, Dab guarantees the construction of the submersible pump following the CEI 2-3 and CEI 61-69 (EN 60335-2-41) regulations.
This translates into low electricity consumption and energy savings.
