A/i): 500 g/l (2010) ZINCOGRIP contains a maximum of 500 g/l of VOCs Application cycle NEW SUPPORT Clean the surface thoroughly, removing all traces of rust, dust, dirt or loose elements and degrease with washing thinner. Apply two coats of ZINCOGRIP, taking care to leave a thin layer after the first coat. For new galvanized sheets, it is necessary to leave the products exposed to atmospheric agents for at least 3 months: then carry out light sanding and proceed as indicated for new supports. ALREADY PAINTED SUPPORT Remove any traces of poorly adhered paint, clean the surface thoroughly, removing any traces of rust, dust, dirt or loose elements and degrease with washing thinner. Apply two coats of ZINCOGRIP, taking care to leave a thin layer after the first coat. Cover the surface to be painted perfectly, without leaving cracks, small holes or exposed corners as these would cause rapid deterioration of the film and the substrate.
